Alcohol by BMC Brewing
All BMC beers are made on site at their brewery and taproom in Pittsboro with ultra-purified reverse osmosis water, which allows better batch-to-batch consistency of their beers. They source ingredients as locally as possible, using grains from Epiphany Craft Malt in Durham, hops grown at Bee Hoppy Farms in Chatham County, pumpkins or sweet potatoes grown locally, or coffee roasted on site by Vortex Roasters. They are all about sustainability and community, using as much solar power as possible to run the brewery and taproom and process spent grains into flour to make their delicious cookies.
